Customized Products

Panels that have been cut, edged, or customized to specific sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready Products (Non-Customized)

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for shipping or transportation costs related to return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photos showing the issue.

The customer will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on the case.

General Conditions

The original purchase invoice must be provided.

The company reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above terms.
