Egypt Wood is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and analytical Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-impact B2B marketing strategies, managing day-to-day campaign operations, and driving lead generation to solidify our position as a market leader in the industrial wood and timber sector across Egypt and the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Strategy Alignment: Implement the annual marketing plan and translate commercial goals into actionable, high-performing B2B marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Build, optimize, and monitor the B2B marketing funnel to attract and nurture high-value leads (contractors, developers, and factories).
Odoo ERP & Marketing Automation: Execute and oversee daily marketing automation activities within our Odoo ERP system, ensuring seamless integration between CRM and lead generation tracking.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct continuous research on the timber industry, analyzing competitor pricing, market trends, and supply chain shifts to support positioning strategies.
Content & Brand Identity Management: Content creation and branding across all channels, ensuring that the corporate identity reflects Egypt Wood’s industrial scale and premium quality.
Trade Shows & Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage the company’s participation in industrial trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate B2B events.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze traffic/lead metrics, and prepare monthly ROI reports to optimize budget spending.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional digital marketing certifications are a strong plus.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in an Industrial, Manufacturing, or Construction environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google SEO/SEM, Email Marketing) and industrial lead nurturing.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Odoo (Marketing & CRM modules) is highly preferred, along with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and data tracking tools.
Attributes: Analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across sales and manufacturing teams.
Language: Native Arabic and Fluent English (written and spoken for professional business communication).
